I don't know am I the only one like this but there are times that can last a few weeks when I feel completely drained and in need of a kick up the arse to get motivated.

I'll come from work, normal office hours, and just feel wrecked. Now i'm in good health and not looking for medical advice but just looking for ideas to get my mojo back.

Once I go out for a run/walk I feel great but it's such a struggle to get up and go. I'm studying part time and find it difficult to get stuck in but once I do I'm flying. It's like only when I see a deadline looming or I feel pissed off at having eaten some crap food that I'll motivate myself to get going - all sort of negative reasons.

I want to be the sort of person with boundless energy and enthusiasm - but it feels like work gets the best of me and I'm left hanging afterwards, like that phone that takes hours to recharge!

No particular stresses above the usual at the moment thankfully, I just notice a pattern forming and I don't think I'm happy thinking of myself as a lazy sod!

    Any advice please!!!
