Hi i have Sky GO

    it is on my Laptop

    What i just want to know is can i watch sky go on my tv and continue to use my Laptop as normal ?

    You should be able to use a hdmi or vga cable to connect the laptop to the tv, depends on TV and laptop.

    With regards to using your brothers Sky go, you may be commuting fraud if you don't live in the same house, check the Ts & Cs

    i can connect to the Tv with a Hdmi cable,

    what im asking you is can i watch the sky go on the MAin tv and use my laptop as normal ?

    Set the tv up as a 2nd display for the laptop

    Have you tried it?! Just connect the HDMI cable & check. If you don't have a cable just borrow one & check. That would be the simplest thing to do.

    Depends on the laptop, hold the Fn key and press the number key with a pic of monitor on it, you can then toggle the different options for dual displays etc. Or control panel - display settings and extend display.

    Have you tried it?! Just connect the HDMI cable & check. If you don't have a cable just borrow one & check. That would be the simplest thing to do.

    with hdmi cable but on the tv screen if i watch the tv its exactly the same on laptop

    i want to be able to watch sky on tv and use laptop as normal

    You need to extend the display to TV

    That's a mirrored screen, change to extended, that way you can drag the Sky go app to the 2nd screen (the TV)

    but when i open the app its asking me for a password i dont recall giving any password ?
