    Hi there

Apologies if this is in the wrong place - don't really know where it goes.

I am looking into buying the above lamp, link here:

    http://www.boots.ie/en/Lumie-Arabica-SAD-light_1133459/

I've read the reviews and it seems to be good. I've spotted it on the Holland and Barrett website for a little cheaper so I may get it there.

Just wondering if anyone has used a SAD lamp - or even better if they have used this model - and how did they find it?

It's pricey (not for a lamp I understand but budget won't allow for much more - maybe 200€ max) but am willing to spend if it is going to work.

The issue: General gloominess and being down in the winter, cabin fever - not able to even get out for a walk due to the dark and dreary evenings, maybe even a mild bit of depression (prob more accurate to say severe low mood)

    Thanks

Never used one but i hear they can be useful for the symptoms of SAD. It sounds like you have symptoms there all right during the winter months so hope it helps. My moods are an all year round type of thing so it be no good for me.
