metered bill is 3 times the fixed charge

    Got a bill today for 64 euros, The bill also had the charge for metered use , it was for 190 euros.

    Seriously for 3 months use thats a lot of water, thats a bill of nearly 800 euros over a year, and I live by myself.

    Have you a leak? Turn off all the taps, make sure any tanks have stopped filling, and see is the meter still spinning.
