    Does anyone know if this loophole is still being used by people?

    They are talking about linking vehicle reg nos and driving license nos but a whole new fancy system is going to be required and this is going to take months to get the finances approved for and to get it up and running. The minister for transport has stated this in the last couple of weeks.

    If someone does not turn up for a court case regarding speeding currently what happens?
