So I was out last night and met this lad, he was really nice and friendly. Anyway to cut a long story short we shifted a few times. He told me I was a really good kisser and bought me a drink. I added him on snapchat and now wondering should I message him?

Ugh... Are the school holidays not over yet???

OP, call him and ask him out if you're interested.

At one point in time people might have written letters to invite someone out. At other points in time people used telephones. Nowadays it's not unusual for the first point of contact to be made by message - text, Facebook or others etc.

Op why not? Send one message and leave it at that.
