Old Media Magazine Sales Nose Dive

    The ABC numbers for H1 2015 are out for UK magazine circulation. Irish numbers for magazines are annual.

    Press Gazette have all the numbers here.
    • OK magazine down 27% YoY.
    • FHM down 16% YoY.
    • Nearly all magazine circulation down significantly.
    • TV listing mags, womans mags and mens mags hit badly.

    Worse still, digital magazine sales, apart from the Economist, were dreadful. Many titles suffering big declines in what should be a growing market. Even those with increasing sales were not even coming close to replacing loss old media print circulation declines. The journey into the sunset for mags continues.

    Daily Mail, TMZ etc are fast replacing magazine sales.
