    Hi Guys,

i better tidy this up a bit as its all over the place - although in my research i came across a fantastic quote which i would like to share first

"The US military contend that mini-nukes are “humanitarian bombs” which minimize “collateral damage”. According to scientific opinion on contract to the Pentagon, they are “harmless to the surrounding civilian population because the explosion is underground”

    Now onto the subject
I read about this supposed nuke in Yemen a while ago - initially an article saying Israel where doing Saudi paint jobs on their planes because the size of some of the weapons dropped on Yemen are larger than what has been sold to the Saudi's.
The Iranian program to manufacturer their own weapons is far more advanced than the Saudai and they don't have bombs this big so the accusation is that its not just the Middle eastern collation bombing Yemen

Before we get into the vids ill share bits from two sites

A video received from Yemen, believed to be taken May 20, 2015, of an explosion, when analyzed by nuclear weapons experts is, by very high probability, a neutron bomb that could only have been an Israeli attack.
    - Analysis by Jeff Smith who is a nuclear physicist and former IAEA inspector:

I know the above site, but have never come across VT before - veterans today - apparently is untrustworthy but googleing came up with this article
    http://www.veteranstoday.com/2015/05/29/how-israel-was-busted-nuking-yemen/
anyone have any experience with this site?

i tend not to like the narrated youtubes but this one is full on accusing Israel
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Bi3py0Y_vg
I also don't likes with music added for effect
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=335&v=ZfOjy-ij4S0

and this guy just says no its not true but yes isreal and the Saudis are evil
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z12hzEZkIjk
    - but veterans today state in one article
"One video I found particularly objectionable was posted by one of David Icke’s sycophantic supporters; a loud-mouthed, obnoxious type who looks like a third Milliband brother shouts at us that Yemen wasn’t nuked, that neutron bombs don’t exist and warns that VT is a disinfo op. Oh, and just to make sure you know who he is working for, he gets in three or four ‘**** Israel’ outbursts"

Personally i think they (Isreal, Saudis or the States) would do it without consideration if it advanced any goal. Initially back in May i believed it was a Neutron or Nuclear detonation because tactical nukes are small and neutron bombs are smaller again - i think... ?

    - from wiki
A tactical nuclear weapon (or TNW) also known as non-strategic nuclear weapon[1] refers to a nuclear weapon which is designed to be used on a battlefield in military situations. This is opposed to strategic nuclear weapons which are designed to be used against enemy cities

Neutron bombs are purposely designed with explosive yields lower than other nuclear weapons. Since neutrons are absorbed by air,[6] neutron radiation effects drop off very rapidly with distance in air, there is a sharper distinction, as opposed to thermal effects, between areas of high lethality and areas with minimal radiation doses.[3] All high yield (more than ~10 kiloton) "neutron bombs", such as the extreme example of a device that derived 97% of its energy from fusion, the 50 megaton Tsar Bomba, are not able to radiate sufficient neutrons beyond their lethal blast range when detonated as a surface burst or low altitude air burst and so are no longer classified as neutron bombs, thus limiting the yield of neutron bombs to a maximum of about 10 kilotons. The intense pulse of high-energy neutrons generated by a neutron bomb is the principal killing mechanism, not the fallout, heat or blast.

It's not uncommon for surface explosions to produce a mushroom cloud. Granted it is iconic of nuclear devices it's not unique to them.

The people filming looked close enough to be hit with a powerful shockwave and radiation if it were a nuclear device. It definitely caused a shockwave but not as powerful as what I'd expect a nuclear device to produce.

Looks like a very large conventional explosive

Any sort of nuclear explosion would be different, blinding white flash, EMP, detectable radiation, vaporised camera man at that range

The small mushroom cloud looks to be the only similarity, but these are produced in certain large explosions, e.g. China yesterday

The pyrotechnics team that did Stargate SG-1 were big fans of mushroom cloud effects :) everytime a staff weapon went off and hit the ground or C4 or something, you'd see a lovely awl' poof. Surprisingly, none of these were nukes, ever, as far as I can recall in the shows entire run.

Why is there a small fireball before the larger one. Also the larger one appears to be diffuse. Is it possible that there was an explosion near an oil storage or weapons dump which was inited by the explosion?

There is no clear sign of a missle strike in any of the videos. Its surprising how many videos there are pointing at the explosion site before the larger explosion.

One would have to assume that evidence of fallout radiation would be there for all to see and UN inspectors would have no difficulty popping along with a geiger counter to verify the allegations of a nuclear strike.

Why would Israel, the US or Saudi use a multi million dollar warhead mounted on a multi million dollar missle launched from a multi billion dollar bomber jet to blow up what looks like the side of a Yemenese hill?

As other posters have pointed out, one would expect a more blinding inital blast, a faster moving flame ball and rings of debris if it was a nuclear explosion. nuclear explosions are intensely vigourous explosions of a small amount of matter, while conventional weapons are of a larger quantity of material. Both can prouoduce mushroom clouds of smoke and debris, but the latter tend to be slower and less sudden.

    .
Looking at the aerial photos of the crater show a smaller crater (to my eyes) to one side of the larger one.
Both these craters look like they were in an open yard and not in a warehouse. Maybe there was a warehouse built since the google earth images were taken??
Could material in a load of seperate containers blow up in one go like that? I dont know but would like to. Whats the official word on what was stored there? Theres a photo out showing pink/purple smoke billowing from a smouldering pile of rubble so thats some funky shtuff for sure!

As asked , what was the target , and why so important ?

it can't be a nuke because AFAIK know the person holding the camera should be dead and the electronics in the camera would have been fried, therefore we would never have seen the video
