Hi, I have taken an 11 hour job in a school. On the advertisement the job was advertised as job sharing but I don't know what type of contract I will hold. Does anyone have any idea on the salary I will be getting?

You will get half of whatever point on the scale you should be on.

22 hours = full hours
11 hours = half hours

The hours are your own as long as the other teacher remains on jobshare, so you will be paid for the holidays
