I need to get into City center coming from Naas direction starting a new job. I am considering the Red Cow park and ride, i was wondering if there is ample spaces and how long would it take roughly, leaving Naas around 7.30am ?
There is also an option of using Tallaght Luas although i dont know which would be quicker?

Tallaght P&R is now at Cheeverstown - sign posted off the N7, costs €2 per day. One junction earlier you have Citywest which is free of charge but you need to be there by 8am to be sure of a space - (it is only a couple of minutes drive to Cheeverstown from there anyhow if there wasn't a space)

Red Cow has loads of space available - it is €4 per day and a slightly cheaper ticket than the other 2, of course slightly more fuel but with Newlands Cross as it is now no traffic issues.

Just remember with Cheeverstown & Red Cow to note your parking bay number for the machine and have coins or sign up for park by text.

Once on the N7 couldn't see your drive to any of the stops being more than 20/25 minutes - going home may be a different matter!

Luas times - Citywest/Cheeverstown to Abbey Street is about 45 minutes - tram every 10 minutes. Red Cow about 30 minutes and trams every 5 minutes.

In case you're not aware, there are a couple of public transport alternatives from Naas to Dublin:
