    Hello everyone,

I have following two main questions and I am not sure if this is the right sub-forum to post it to. If it is not, I request admins to move it to appropriate forum.

    1. Can a non-EU person apply for work permit in other European country (X) while he is already employed full-time here in Ireland, an another EU country? Does the immigration office (of X) runs a check while processing my work permit application to see if I am already employed elsewhere?

    2. Is it legal for an non-EU person to be employed full time in two member EU countries where he pays taxes in both the countries?

    Thanks
