    Hi there,

I have a quick query as below for issue with shirt colar after I dye my hair that I've been dying (colouring) my hair during recent years and found all of my shirts (espcially light coloured) have been affected by this.
Although, I washed / rinse my hair properly/deeply especially for initial couple of days after colouring my hair but after I use my shirts for a day or twice/thrice, shirts' colar has become worst with a very bad marks inside the colar & these marks will not remove unless wash them hard with hands.

I'm so choosy about my shirts and buy always best quality shirts for work but having this issue break my heart when find shirts' condition.

I'm just wondering if any of you know the solution to fix this issue if you could please share it.

    Thanks in advance.

What products are you colouring your hair with? They shouldn't run after you've rinsed and dried your hair unless you're using a bright fashion colour that's meant to wash out.

Totally agree, I have never had any issues with hair dye getting on anything !! Maybe you are not washing it out properly

    Hi,

    Thanks for your comments.

I wash/rinse hair atleast 2 or three times with soap/shower Gel and the marks on shirts' colar comes after few days because I don't wear colar shirt straight away after hair colour but may be after day or two.

I use Bigen Hair Colour. Could you please suggest any other hair colour and their availability in Ireland which I can use to get rid of this issue ?

    Thanks.

Why on earth would you use soap or shower gel to wash your hair? No wonder your colour comes out. You may as well stick your head in a washing machine, lol.

Hair and skin have different ph levels so body soap really isn't suitable to use as a shampoo.

Look for ones for colour treated hair and preferably sodium and sulphate free. You'll pay more but they won't strip the colour out.

I can't recommend a home hair colour as I don't use them, sorry.
