Got a clack water softener and aquaphor morion RO filter last month
very happy with them except for one thing . The amount of wastewater being sent to drain by the RO filter!
I researched the water softener s but did none on the filter as I assumed water came in one end, was filtered , and left the other end .
Anyway the company that installed are excellent to deal with it and have giving me numerous options including a refund on the filter but I'd rather keep it .
So the other 2 options are
    1. Connect it to a water butt which will be situated on the external wall and I assume connect the run off to the drain then . Can this water be used for gardening though.........?
    2. Replace the Motion system with the Crytsal system. this is not a RO system and works the way I understood a filter to so no wastewater BUT I'd assume it's not as good?
