    Hi,

    Is there an issue with the Online Service Desk on banking 365? When I go to my inbox some times it just logs me out. I sent a query on Monday and no reply yet.

    Thank you for contacting us here on Boards.ie.

    We have checked this and the online service desk is operating as normal.

    Can we just advise that the use of the Back or Forward options is not permitted as this will log you out of Online banking. We’d always advise you use the options on the left hand side to navigate around the website. If this continues to happen please call BOI Direct on 0818365365 while you have access to a computer and a representative will be happy to assist you.
