I think I mucked up my laptop BIG TIME? Firstly what happened is, I upgraded from win 8.1 to 10 but didn't like it so I was given a choice to go back to 8.1. It wouldn't go back for me. The only thing is when I installed 8.1, I was missing half my drivers etc. I tried to restore back to factory settings when I first got it. Now im thinking, it's not working.

Not the ideal solution, but if you know the manufacturers of the different components you could do a manual reinstall of any missing drivers.
