How do the rest of you job hunters manage when you have several job applications on the go. I find that interviews are like buses, nothing for ages then 2 or 3 come along at once. I have 2 interviews lined up for this week but I REALLY want one from an organisation that won't be notifying candidates until next week. AAGGHH ! I'm jumping the gun here but if I'm successful tomorrow should I try and stall them. I don't like doing that really because one of them wants an immediate start. The stress :eek:

edit - I'm probably getting ahead of myself here - I might not get any offers from anyone !

Accept the job, and then if the better one comes up, just tell them you need to rescind your acceptance because another offer has come along.
And if you've already started, tell them the same thing. It's your life.

Thanks Kenny. If the situation arises I'll just have to bite the bullet and do just that. I hate messing people around but as you say - It' my life. Cheers

It's a bigger deal for you than it is for them. They can just call their candidate choice #2. They've already done interviews, etc.
