    Hi everyone,

just looking for a bit of advice really, I got herpes about nearly 2 years ago now, my first experience of it was really bad, I was in hospital with it for a few days. I get flare ups of it a few times a year and going through one right now. I have a boil like type thing on my behind and am in a lot pain/discomfort. Has anyone else had it as well and if so, any self-help tips (I'm aware boards has a policy for no medical advice) to help the recovery process

    Thanks in advance :)

    Mod:

I'm very sorry OP, but even with mod warnings on the thread, this will descend into dodgy medical advice given by someone. You deserve the correct advice, which would be far more accurate coming from your GP or Pharmacist.
