Just noticed today the front fork is vibrating big time while braking during descent. Is it something to worry about or just the characteristic of lower end carbon forks ?

Is it the fork or maybe a loose or worn headset or a loose brake caliper - or loose pad or low tyre pressure or worn trye?

I would say loose or worn headset is most likely.

Is it a cyclocross with cantis ? There is an issue with these leading to chatter. Can be solved by changing to a fork mounted brake hanger
