    Hi all,
Just wondering does anyone have any recommendations for soundproofing tv noise from next door?
I'm currently renting but the noise is so off putting, it only occurs around 5 in morning, i think the neighbour is going deaf as he's quite old.

Any inexpensive ways of doing it?
    Paint/insulation board or wallpaper
My landlord will allow us minor work but would not be able to put in a gap and stud wall.
    TIA

There is no in expensive way of doing it. don't waste your money on so called paints or papers. have a chat with the neighbour and maybe
offer to put a speaker beside his bed for him connected to the TV. He won't need it so loud them.
