ATC Pushkey On Frequency 120 750 Dublin ATC

This old airband radio scanner Air-8 runs at 25 khz spacing for ATC, but there is ATC talk on this frequency and I know that the correct frequency is 120.755 and it receives this frequency at 120.750. It sounds like someone is pushing the key on their mic constantly. (Video Below)...

Does any-one know why this is the case ?. The only frequency step it has is 25 khz and cannot be lowered. I'm just curious as to what the cause is. 8.33 khz is involved now in europe of which this radio doesn't have as of age, otherwise I receive all frequencies fine. I'm just wondering what this clicking of the mic transmission means.

    Thanks

    Bong

At a guess I would say its just intermittent crosstalk from 120.755 rather than a TX clicking on/off
