Irish water online facility terrible.

    I logged into Irish water to pay my bill, pressed the "pay" button and..................nothing. I had also earlier stated I had a second property but Irish water failed to e-mail me in order to proceed further with that. When I gave my account and WPRN again for this property it stated it was already registered, I know this, I registered it! I had to (once again) phone them to find out how much I owe on this! I don't want to waste time on phone calls so told them to go back to sending me the bills by post and I would pay them using "banking 365". My only question is why did Irish water set up a useless online payment system in the first place?

    There are thousands of successful online transactions every day which would indicate that the system is working well. Would it be possible for you to send on some screenshots of the issue as you encounter it, and we can investigate further for you.
