    Hi,

I know that everyone is recommending CurrencyFair for transferring money, but my Canadian bank won't allow me to add them as a payee. Any ideas? On the Currency Fair website it states that they will only accept electronic bank transfers.

Anyone had any success with sending money home?

Try HiFX.com - I always use them and find both the rates and the service very good.

You can use a visa direct transfer if the account has a visa debit attached to it. It goes right into the current account. I've done it with TD before.

Check very carefully what effective Exchange Rate you're going to get if you do that....
