Just curious about something, I bought a pair of 8020Bs a few years ago for around €500, and I'm looking now to get another pair of the now 8020C. But they're going on Thomann for €740 for the pair. I was just wondering why the large price increase? (seems way above inflation anyway!)

    Depends on two things
1: where they are supplied from. If it's from a UK distributor the price will be allot higher than inflating.
2 It's also demand; the more popular a brand becomes the more they "improve" on there previous versions and up the price.

Xmusic has them listed as €389 ( not sure if it's a pair)
