Gift Tax Declaration

I need to declare a monetary gift to revenue but am finding it hard to do so. I am aware it can be done online through ROS but although I registered with ROS a few years ago cant seem to log into it now (some problem with certificates) Is there a simple paper form I can fill in & if so where can I get one? I have read everything online but it only seems to refer to declaring through ROS. I wont be due to pay any tax on it as its below the threshold but I obviously still need to declare it. Thanks

    See following link for details:

If the lifetime value of gifts/inheritances is below 80% of the threshold there is no requirement to file a CAT return.

If you are not claiming any reliefs or exemptions you could use the paper version of the CAT return, fill it in, send it back, pay the tax if any. Done.
