NCB on insurance

    Dear Petrol heads,

I am sorry if this was answered already but I just renewed my insurance and got all d documents and disc today.

The problem is that it says in d documents that I have got only 6 years of No claims but actually I should have 8 years.

I phoned the company back and they said that it's fine and that 6 years is actually the maximum of NCB that I can have and that insurance companies are not taking into account if you have more then 6.

Am i just being fussy or they gave me wrong information?
Should I insist to get this corrected?

    Many thanks in advance

    Cheers!
