Have a wax jacket a bit grimy. I know it cannot be washed etc. what would i do. could i leave it out in rain and dry off. It is waterproof so it should be like out in a shower?

It is only a lidl one but good in rain and i do not want it grimy

then there is some product to rework and re waterproof the wax.

If it's really grimy, leaving it out in the rain probably won't make a difference.

I clean mine by gently sponging it down with cold water and leaving it drip dry on a hanger over the bath.

If the wax is wearing off you can reproof it yourself with Barbour wax that you can get in a saddler's or online.
