hi I took a panoramic photo on my iphone 6 and wanted to get it printed, i tried a few online places but am having trouble with the size, snapfish seemed to be the best but i cannot fit the whole photo in their preview screen there is a lot missing from the ends, can anyone advise me how to get around this problem or advise where i might get the full picture printed please. I was hoping for 12" x 36" (assuming that is the correct ratio) either ways i need a print in or around that kinda size, thank in advance.

3:1 aspect ratio would be a tough call. Photobox do a 35x20 for €8 which seems reasonable, print to fit and you could crop of the sides.

More pressing is whether or not a phone image will be of sufficient quality to blue up that much...

i'm not that well up on things like image resolution etc, I am only guessing at the ratio, the following info comes up on the side of the screen when I uploaded the pic to snapfish, can you garner further info based on this?

    Date uploaded: 10/08/2015
    Date taken: 26/07/2015

    File size: 2.13MB
    Photo dimensions: 9866X2125
    Camera: iPhone 6
    Exposure: 1/1014 sec.
    Aperture: 2.28 EV (f/2.20)
    ISO speed: 100

I noticed the file size on snapfish is 2.13mb but the actual photo size in the folder on my pc is 11.4mb and the dimensions are 13630 x 2936. thanks.

4.64 aspect ration, just divide the larger dimension by the smaller dimension

It would be about 7.75 inches tall if you make it 36 inches wide, not the best aspect ration, I would consider cropping some of the sides off.

With regards the photo getting cut off on the snapfish site, make sure you select do not crop..

On a tangent, why the hell do iPhones constantly resize photos to all sort of various sizes for all sorts of sharing and uploading outlets, so frustrating
