Hi, I'm just wondering what the quickest way to cancel a direct debit is? I've called the company and canceled on there end, I just want to make sure the bank knows not to let anything leave my account for this either.

    Thanks

    Hi Julez,

Thanks for contacting us here on Boards.ie.

You can request to cancel a Direct debit mandate via the Online service desk on Banking 365 Online. Alternatively you can do this by completing form here.

    Hope this helps,

    Tara C

Thanks Tara. I see it on Banking 365 Online. I had only checked on my phone before.
