I got my learner permit 3 months ago and now want to do lessons but don't have a car. Can you do lessons in an instructor car with just a learner permit and nothing else?Cheers

You certainly can. Most instructors provide a training car when required.

Yes, you can do your lessons in an instructors car, but do you have access to a car to do practice driving sessions in? Your learning to drive is likely be a long, drawn out process if you don't.
