Just wondering if anyone can help me here

This morning I noticed this discoloration on the bathroom tiles, this is in the bath/shower

Everyone says they didn't put bleach on them

    I'm thinking hair dye?

Any ideas what caused it and can it be repaired

Are they unglazed. I can't see how bleach or hair dye could stain glazed tiles.
Any chance there's moisture wicking up behind the tile and soaking through the tile to the surface giving it a slightly darker appearance?
