    Hi all
I have a phone interview with Matthew Wilson Head of HR for PDD today at 4pm
The job position is a document technician
I have done a lot of research about the company and studied my Cv so i am prepared a little for the interview but I still dont feel prepared enough.

Could anyone tell me what questions to expect as I have never had an interview for a large company like this before

    Regards
    Sinead

A document technician is a dressed up term for admin, so make sure you've all your admin experience/skills written on a piece of paper beside the phone and drop them in as you see appropriate.

From my experience, phone interviews are mainly to make sure you aren't a total idiot; I've been asked what I like to do in my spare time, why I chose my preferred career (I'm a neuroscientist) etc. Be prepared for generic questions like times you have encountered conflict, how it was resolved etc. Experience working in a team; do you work better alone or in a team. All the usual.

As I said, phone interviews are to make sure you aren't an idiot, so many people look great on paper but have no social skills so that is just to weed those people out.

    Good luck!
