I think they just give you a voucher and not an actual refund but it will probably arrive around same time they hit the shops here anyway

Sorry I didn't reply earlier! I got a refund from them before but as JH says you will probably have to wait that long for it to be in the shops here. Apparently their shipping isn't as bad as it used to be and takes about two weeks now

Actually it might have been gearbest that did the voucher instead of refund

I have not made any orders from Fasttech myself but from what i have read on Fasttech's forum and others orders including batteries take way longer because they need to be shipped by sea.

Yeah I'm not sure about batteries to be honest. I never ordered any from them

Yeah you're right on that. My only order that took a stupidly long time to arrive from them had batteries.

Fasttech - great prices - awful shipping.
If you see something you must have, budget to not have it in your hands for a month, its as simple as that.
Plenty of folk have had stuff arrive earlier, but I haven't (OK I think maybe once it was only 3 weeks).

I order off Fasttech a lot, never have any issues, but delivery is usually 2 to 4 weeks.

Well, you can purchase istick 100w online, just like fasttech, or AVE40. I got this mod on AVE40
    Here is it: ave40.com/store/eleaf-istick-100w-dual-18650-vv-vw-mod-oled-screen.html

    Woah, tis a baisht.
    Tis.
I held one though last week in Vintage Vape Rooms, its surprisingly comfy to hold and fire.

Oh, and it'll melt your face right off.
    100w, indeed.
