    Hi, just wondering if anyone any idea what this estate is like?
    My husband and i are thinking of buying here.

    It's a fairly lively area, mixture of families and rented houses. Lots of green areas for kids to play. Actual houses are not bad, mostly four bed semis. Very handy for bus route and it's possible to walk to Joyce's supermarket, Clybaun hotel (with gym) and church. We used to live there. It's not an estate for peace and quiet IMHO but there are some lovely people living there.

    Probably the most packed in estate in Knocknacarra. A lot of rental houses and generally very busy. Good location and decent size houses.
