UPC wall socket

Hi, I am moving into a new apartment soon. The place doesn't have a phone line however the previous tenant did have Cablevision providing broadband via what appears to be a generic cable socket with 2 ports on it. Is this all I need for UPC broadband or they do have some of their own equipment that needs to be wired up?
