VTX3D Cards

I'm building my first PC and was going to go with a Sapphire R9 290, but I saw a VTX3D Radeon R9 290X X-Edition for a tenner more on Computer Universe. I'm tempted to go with the 290X over the 290. I couldn't find too much about VTX3D and want to know if they're a decent brand, or should I steer clear? Cheers.
