If your cats need to be neutered or if you are feeding some homeless cats can you please think about doing it this week? The kittens especially suffer terribly, eyes and nose all covered with cat flu which in a feral kitten means dehydration, sight loss and a slow death .

Many vets are giving discounted prices for neutering and spaying this week and may even loan you a trap to catch the cat.

Much more information available on the above website.

Maybe you have an older relative who feeds cats that are unneutered and multipyling, Can you please think about offering to help them out with trapping the cat and bringing it to the vet?

If this post leads to even one cat being neutered as a result of someone thinking " yeah, I could do this " then it will be worth the effort of raising awareness:):):)

    :)

I have a Tom cat in the trap now this morning and he is off to the vet soon for neutering. I left him in his trap in the downstairs bathroom overnight.
It is very easy to bait the trap with tuna, throw a sheet over it ( so he doesnt get distressed) and take him off to the vet . This will prevent unwanted kittens from this boy. His brother is on my hitlist as well!
