Cant find anything about this but on Windows 8 I had two different wallpapers on my monitors. I just went into Personalization and right clicked which wallpaper I wanted and set it to Monitor 1 or 2. Its gone now in 10 or am I wrong? Thanks.

I have always used Display Fusion for managing a multi-monitor setup. Basic (free) features include different wallpapers.

I have no problem using 2 different backgrounds on 2 monitors, but I'm using a theme

Just to let you know i found a solution to my problem. Use Run and type control desk.cpl,,@background your then given the option to use different wallpapers for more than one monitor. This is what was available in Windows 8.
