A hell of a lot better than the muppets who just leave the bag less version there - assholes!

It really is. I'd go out running in a park nearby my house and I see it so much. It's worse still if the bag is black and has been walked on and squished already. There's no way I'd see that!

    Yeah, seen that alright. Disgusting.

Just put it in the doggie bin.

Edit: wasn't on the ground OP , was hanging by railing.

The f**k is the point of it? Either leave it or actually remove it; don't do a shoddy job of it.

Worst is seeing the owner taking the dog around then when you see them looking all surprised the dog took a crap...

I've never seen that, I'm pleased to report.

I've seen it, I suspect these people begin the act of bagging while someone is watching and then drop it when the coast is clear.

Because somebody might roar 'clean up after your animal you jerk!' at somebody standing around while their dog craps all over the place, but they can just quietly toss a bag of crap on the road unnoticed. They never intended binning it in the first place, they just want to avoid any judgement or confrontation for failing to pick it up.

On another note, DCC removed at least half the bins in the city over the past decade. That can't have helped.

By somewhere out of the way I hope you mean a bin.

What's the point of half doing something. Better of scratchin your hole.

I try to fling the bag up onto electric wires/phone lines :D

There are bins approx. everywhere in this country.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,962 ✭✭✭r93kaey5p2izun

It's very wrong. The councils are not helping with the ridiculous lack of bins though.

I mean if im out walking and the dog poos, I'll pick it up and if there's no bin nearby I'll put it somewhere until the way back. Then I take it home and put it in the bin.

Not really, without a bag it breaks down in a week or two - in a bag it's there for years unless it's cleared away.

It's the ****ers who hang them on the bushes by the park gate that do my head in - you've carried it around the park already, just carry the bloody thing to the nearest bin rather than leaving it like the worlds worst Christmas tree!

If it's too difficult to clear up after your 4 legged **** machine then get a cleaner pet you selfish *****....

Indeed there aren't. I walked for over 20 minutes in our local town before finding a bin. Rare as hen's teeth around here.

Unless, of course, approx means every mile or so.

Seen one left on somebodies window sill the other day.

Bring another bag to put the shoite bags in if you don't want to carry it.

Seen some tied to a tree in a bag.

I like to find the person who did that and tie them to the tree.

and then set fire to the tree.

They also leave them on people's front garden walls or lob them over said walls into gardens and driveways. Disgusting behaviour.

Is it? As well as letting your dog have a **** and just walking away, you've also littered for no reason.

Sorry I only have experience of 'not in the bog' :P

Compared to other countries I've lived in, Ireland has many many times the amount of bins out on the road.

To any person that does this, I will follow you and I will poo on your front lawn

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,798 ✭✭✭Sir Osis of Liver.

In such a situation,I would simply set fire to the poo bag and lay in wait for the hilarious consequences for the next passer-by.

So not only are they leaving ****e all over the place but they are littering with non biodegradable plastic bags. Some people even tie the bags to branches on shrubs and trees.......why FFS?

I buy compostable poo bags and put them in my compost bin.

It's Taxi drivers with nowhere else to "go". Crap in a bag & toss it out the door.

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.

That is a very tasteless innuendo. Can we keep this thread on track please?

There is no "Wrappies" in your example. I don't believe they are described in this way.

Never seen this on my travels thank god.

There's a serious lack of bins in Ireland though which needs to be addressed.

Last week witnessed someone watching their dog having a dump on the beach
Proceeded to pick it up with the crap bag .very civic minded
Further down the beach moved soft sand aside with his boot , dropped the bag and covered it over.

People who put dog poo in bags and then leave them on the pavement..

Councils who demand that their citizenry clean up their dog's poo and then provide no bins for the next ten minutes of walking... F*ck them. *coughDunLaoghairecough*

This is not "Meet the F** ers" (idiots:o)

edit :The post I replied to vanished -some ignoramus talking about training dogs to go to the lav.

Bag it up and put it in a bin or bring it home, FFS! If you don't want to carry the sh*te bag, bring another bigger bag to put the smaller one in. There are even zippy bags invented for this. Some people seem to expect that a bin must magically appear within a one minute radius of where their dogs takes a dump.

This is just disgusting and it's the same person who does it, day after day. Thankfully the Council have put another bin about 30 meters away and the lazy b@st@rd has deigned to use it.

It's a big problem in Cork around the City.

It's because they brought in Bin Charges,

Then Clowns started dumping their rubbish into Public Bins

Then they took away the bins.

Now you can end up walking around for a good 45 minutes without being able to find a bin, many of the beaches as well have no waste facilities either.

They should just have a bye law that required people to have a bin collection service on an occupied property.

This drives me mad. The worst part about picking it up is done if you have it in a bag. why you would go to the effort and then leave it around the place I don't know. What the **** are they thinking. If you have to walk to a bin what is the problem, its in a bag you are not touching it.

Are we talking special poo bins?
