    Are these guys reliable? Just discovered I have mislaid passport. Going to send it off 2mrw. Flying on the 2nd of September. Will I be ok?

    They are reliable, but If i were you, i'd ring them before sending anything off as you are travelling pretty soon. We got a passport for our daughter recently and it was about 3 weeks to turn around ( I believe its supposed to be 10 working days - or 2 full weeks)

    there is an online tracking service that you can use to track the progress, but in your case I'd just be a bit cautious.
