A promo I got at work regarding a new feature by VHI. I hope it finally avoids the cumbersome process of having to send the receipts by post.

Is this only for certain people?

I got: "You do not have access to this service. Please visit our claims page to find out how you can claim"

I used Snap & Send on VHI recently and it was really useful and efficient. It now appears to be gone from the MyVHI section. Have they taken it down because it was generating more payable claims I wonder?

I just logged in and submitting a claim is the same as last year - print the claim form, fill it in and post it off with the original receipts.

I suspect it's because people were doctoring scanned receipts using Photoshop or similar, wouldn't be very difficult TBH. Most GP and consultant receipts you get these days are printed rather than handwritten so changing a digit to inflate a receipt would be pretty easy.
