Lappato matte or polished tiles

Hi any advice on the best design of tile and finish to put down in a new build. Also any images would be gratefully appreciated. I have a huge area to cover and where could I get the best deal. I am living in the southeast. Looking at a fanal habitat cement tile. It has a lapatto finish. Anyone any experience of this one?
