Just be aware that any browser on Windows Phone (other than Opera Mobile) is basically Internet Explorer with a different interface and a few extra tricks :pac:

I've tried most of them because IE is so flaky. They are all flaky. There are sites which are just unusable on WP. Fire up my old 4yr old Android phone with Opera and the same site works fine.

I'll give this one a whirl too.

The sooner Windows 10 Mobile comes out, and with it the Edge browser, the better. Far too many websites just don't take into account Internet Explorer anymore, along with the bugs in the renderer itself, mean the experience is absolutely terrible at the moment.

The Edge browser is great in terms of the speed at which it renders pages alright, but still no way to block advertisements on web pages which can really chug and even cause the browser to crash out (the low spec 512 RAM on my Lumia 625 may also be a contributing factor tbf).

I tried Surfy before alright, and recently tried maxthon browser, but for me personally, I keep coming back to UC browser, which unfortunately they haven't released an update that works on Windows 10 yet as there are still issues with text entry on login pages if your username contains spaces.

Edge will allow extensions in a later release (maybe Sept/Oct), and I'd expect AdBlock and Ghostly to appear quickly after that.
