Revenue Hanging Up???

PAYE Inquiries North City keep hanging up on me - it has happened three times now and I have to hold for ten minutes between calls. What on earth? Has this ever happened to anyone before? The person says hello and no sooner have I said "hello, I have a question" than they've hung up.

I'm incensed in truth, is there a complaint mechanism?

Use the contact locator on this page to get an email address for them. They might call you back.

If your query is of a PAYE nature, then they won't entertain taking those calls locally.

    You'd have to ring 1890 333 425

Complaints procedure below. What 1890 number were you calling?

There's no public line to any PAYE district, everyone has to use the 1890 helpline.

If you're calling a landline number you somehow obtained you are calling someone's private internal extension and they have no obligation to take the call tbh.
