    Hi,

Looking for a decent hotel within around 20-30 minutes of Bunratty Castle. Not Bunratty Castle Hotel. Any options?

    Cheers,

20 - 30 mins would have you in Limerick where there is no shortage of hotels to choose from. The Clarion or the Strand are both good hotels and would be on the right side of the city for you. There are a few more out the road towards Bunratty that would be cheaper options.

also if you want hotels on that side of Limerick the Radisson Blu is probably the closest.

Shannon is about 5 minutes away also. Oakwood Arms, Shannon Court Hotel, and Park Inn.

    Not great, either of them.
    Raddison as mentioned is closest.

Newmarket on Fergus is a good option.

The Inn at Dromoland is just off the motorway. There's also Dromoland Castle as an option. And numerous B&B's/Guest Lodges like the Hunter's Lodge right in the heart of the village. None of them more than 10-12 mins travel time to Bunratty.

Shannon is closer to Bunratty, but you're only talking about 3-4km in the difference.
