Mix wool/polyester trousers. Wash or dry-clean?

I have a pair of work trousers that I bought recently. They are pleated.

    53% polyester / 43% wool / 4% lycra.

The care label has a 30 degree wash, but also a "P" in a circle.

I'm a little confused, does this mean I can wash it at home, or MUST it be dry-cleaned?

That probably means it can be machine washed, as well as dry cleaned. It would say "dry clean only" otherwise.
