Hi-Vis - Compulsory or Just a Good Idea?

    Hi all.

    I've read the other thread on this forum in relation to Hi-Vis use and I can't really read into it there too much. Should be a simple question, but as regards the law from 1st August 2015, is it compulsory to have hi-vis clothing, or is it still in the recommended category?
