Any Fix for Shapeless Trousers?

Posting on behalf of my wife. She has two new pairs of trousers, one linen and one 3/4 crop that have lost their shape after one wear. Anyone have any advice on what to do or whether the shape can be put back into them?

Did she wash them? Linen will not last more than a day but it should get its shape back after being washed and ironed.

No she hasn't washed them but they were gone out of shape after only a couple of hours. Would this be normal or is there anything to prevent this.

That is normal. Linen goes very quickly out of shape. I find it better for dresses than trousers.

I don't know about other trousers but as a rule of thumb any kind of natural materials stretch more than polyester. On the plus size it is also much more pleasant to wear.
