    Hi there, currently applying for marketing jobs but competition is intense. I'm getting interviews but just falling short of being picked.

    I got feedback from one employer that the winning candidate sent in a marketing plan with his CV.

    Just be interested to see if people think this is a good idea. Obviously its a lot of extra work. I'm worried that while one employer may think its a great idea but another employer may think its cheeky. Thoughts?
