Cotton or cotton rich shirts, sweating...

I've changed jobs and now have to wear long sleeved shirts around the office, not something I'm used to. However I've found I'm sweating, not excessively, but enough that I'm starting to get paranoid.

I wear 100% cotton, but was wondering if cotton rich might be a better option?

    Are you using good deodorant?

This may sound mad, but perhaps try wearing a v light cotton t shirt underneath your shirt?
This will help prevent any sweat patches (or even deodorant marks) from getting onto the shirt.

Are you wearing fitted shirts, or looser ones? Is the top button done (i.e. with a tie)? Is it too tight, meaning you might need to go a size up?

A looser white shirt would be best, avoid twills and heavier finishes. Depending on what the rest of your outfit is, you could try a linen shirt.

So i took whiskeymans advice and threw on a loose white T today, i also changed the deo today. to the Dove mens stuff (after a bit of googling). BIG difference, much better

I wear regular fit shirts and have to wear a tie and jacket sometimes, I'm a 17" neck but it doesnt feel too tight

Make sure you wearing food deodrant. You can also wear a light v neck T-shirt under your shirts. If you are wearing white shirts however you should wear a light grey shirt underneath as it blends better and is basically invisible.
