    Hi,
Just noticed that the cover of the fuel door on my 05 ford focus has come off while i was driving it.

The frame of the fuel door is still intact and working so its literally just the cover that gone.

Is it easy to get one of these replaced and put back on in the colour i need (metallic grey)?

I only bought the car last week off a dealer and have a warranty for 1 month so should i go back to him about this?

Yes, go back to dealer and see what they say. It's not an item that should fall off :) so hopefully they'll sort it out for you.

€60 + VAT + painting for a new one so it gets quite expensive for what it a very small item.

If it is a common colour then a scrapyard might be worth a try.

I doubt the dealer will entertain you tbh, if it was a new car then yes, but no harm in asking nonetheless.

Breakers yard if you get no joy, that metallic greyish colour is fairly common on the mk2
